Au centre, soixante-six petits médaillons-portraits en camées des Rois de France, avec un texte relatant les principaux événements de leur règne et finissant à Louis XVI. Une double bordure de cent deux cases rappelle lesa hauts faits des souverains. H. 0m,440. L. 0m,560.
